We collect only the data necessary to find a job for you:

Basic data:
  • First name, last name, date of birth
  • Phone, e-mail, address
  • Citizenship
Professional data:
  • Education and work experience
  • Skills and qualifications
  • CV and employment documents
  • Identity document number (for employment purposes)
Additional data (only with your consent):
  • Job preferences
  • Language skills
  • Other information you provide
What we DO NOT collect: We do not collect health, origin, religion, political views, or other sensitive data unless required by the employer and you give consent.

3. WHY DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
 
Main purposes:
  • Finding a suitable job for you in Europe
  • Presenting your candidacy to employers
  • Assisting in the recruitment process and document preparation
  • Organizing travel and coordinator support
Legal grounds:
  • Contract – we process data to provide employment mediation services
  • Consent – if you want to receive additional job offers (you can withdraw consent at any time)
  • Legal obligation – when required by law (e.g., tax regulations)
  • Legitimate interest – to improve the quality of our services
Important: Refusing consent for additional data processing does not affect our cooperation. We do not force consent, and there are no negative consequences for you.

4. WHO DO WE SHARE DATA WITH?
 
We share data only with those who need it:
Employers – your potential managers in Poland and Europe (only with your knowledge)
European partners – trusted agencies assisting in international recruitment
Supporting entities:
  • IT companies (hosting, data security)
  • Accountants and lawyers
  • Communication service providers
Government authorities – only when required by law (tax office, courts)
We do not sell or share your data with other companies for marketing purposes.

5. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
 
Since we help find jobs across Europe, your data may be transferred to other EU/EEA countries. All these countries follow GDPR, so your data is protected at the same level.
If data were exceptionally to be transferred outside the EU, we will inform you and apply additional safeguards (standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

6. HOW LONG DO WE STORE DATA?
 
Active job seekers:
  • For the duration of recruitment + 12 months after its completion
  • After this period, we delete data unless you consent to longer storage
With your consent for future offers:
  • Up to 3 years from last contact or until consent is withdrawn
  • We remind you annually that you can withdraw consent
Contracts:
  • 5 years after the contract ends (tax regulation requirement)
Legal claims:
  • Until the statute of limitations (3–6 years)
After these periods, all data is permanently deleted.

Correction – you can correct inaccurate data
Deletion – you can request data deletion
